The following Return Policy applies exclusively to purchases made through the DelilahK.com website. In order for us to process your refund, the following conditions must be met:
- All refunds may be requested within 21 days of receipt of your item - All items must be returned unworn, unused, and undamaged in their original packaging, with price tag attached* - Original sales receipt must be included with the returned item - All clearance, final sale, and gift cards cannot be refunded - For hygenic reasons, earrings, sets, piercings, and body jewelry cannot be refunded under any condition
*All returned items are inspected, and if we believe that the above criteria are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and we will send you back the item, in which case all shipping costs will be at your expense.
If you wish to exchange your item, please refer to the Refund Process section. We will be billing your credit card for the new merchandise and refunding your credit card for the returned item as soon as we receive it. For refund delays, please refer to our refund delay section outlined below.
In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish get a refund, please send us an e-mail at rma@DelilahK.com within 21 days upon receiving your item. In your email you must indicate the following:
- Your name - Your billing address - Your order number; and, - The reason you wish to return your item.
2 - FINDING YOUR ORDER NUMBER
We cannot process a refund without the order number. To get your order number, you can either log into your account and select your order history or you can refer to the email confirmation that was sent to you when you purchased your item. If, for any reason you are having difficulties, please contact us at 1.888.713.5091 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and one of our representatives will gladly assist you.
Once we have received your information and authorized the refund we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) which will then allow you to return the merchandise. Please note that once approved, your RMA is only valid for a period of 3 business days.
3 - RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
Now that you have received your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), you can send back your item using a secure carrier that provides a tracking number. In order to process your refund, you must return the item in its original packaging with the sales receipt.
The refund process may take up to 10 business days depending on your financial institution; the delays our out of our control. In the event that you are experiencing a longer than usual delay please notify us at 1.888.713.5091 or send us an email at email@example.com, and we will assist you in the best possible way.
You will be credited according to your original method of payment or you may request that we send you a gift card instead. Damaged, defective or wrongly shipped items shall be reimbursed in full, shipping fees included.
For all other refunds or exchanges, shipping fees shall not be reimbursed and shall be charged at your expense, in which case a 15% restocking fee may also apply.
All our items are thoroughly inspected for damages or faults before they are shipped to our customers. In the event that you receive an item that is not in good condition, please contact us immediately at 1.888.713.5091 or send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To ensure that our items are protected and to avoid any extra damage, they must be returned in their original packaging, as your item may not be accepted if the packaging is damaged.
We recommend that our items are returned to us via UPS or FEDEX to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. If you wish to return the purchased item through an alternative carrier, please note that we do not accept liability for lost or damaged items.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must notify us immediately by contacting us at 1.888.713.5091 or emailing us at RMA@delilahk.com. All defective, damaged or wrong items must be returned in their original packaging with the original sales receipt.
Damaged, defective or wrongly shipped items shall be reimbursed in full, shipping fees included.
If you purchase a set, please be sure to include all items that were originally included, otherwise we cannot proceed with the refund. We go ahead with the replacement once the items are received and inspected. Shipping costs to return the damaged, defective or wrong products will be refunded once the returned item has been thoroughly inspected.
All items returned for any of the reasons above without our authorization will be refused and resent to you, in which case shipping fees will be charged at your expense.

We will do our best to accommodate you. If the order has already been shipped out, shipping fees shall not be reimbursed and extra fees may apply.
If you have received a gift which is not to your liking and you would like to return it, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly send you a gift card for the same value instead. Please note that gift returns do not apply for earrings, sets, piercings, or body jewelry.
