I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it? 

You can retrieve your password by going to the ACCOUNT section of and entering your email through the “forgot your password” link. You will receive an email with your username and a new password, which will then allow you to log into your account to reset your password.

How can I return my order? 

Please remember that for hygenic reasons, earrings, sets, piercings, body jewelry, and cosmetics cannot be refunded under any condition.

In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wish get a refund, please send us an e-mail at within 21 days upon receiving your item. In your email you must indicate the following:

  • - Your name;
  • - Your billing address;
  • - Your order number; and,
  • - The reason you wish to return your item.


We cannot process a refund without the order number. To get your order number, you can either log into your account and select your order history or you can refer to the email confirmation that was sent to you when you purchased your item. Once we have received your information and authorized the refund, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) which will then allow you to return the merchandise.

Please note that once approved, your RMA is only valid for a period of 14 business days.


Now that you have received your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), you can send back your item using a secure carrier that provides a tracking number.

In order to process your refund you must return the item in its original packaging with the sales receipt.
